 PayPal orders are sent automatically via e-mail only. (Visa/M.C. non-PayPal orders are both redirected to a download site AND sent the info via e-mail).
IMPORTANT: For those with spam controls (like Earthlink's Spam Filter), be sure you can accept mail from nortonmusic.com or you will not get the download information. I can't always get to my e-mail account (travel schedule and flaky ISP) so if you do not pre-authorize e-mail from nortonmusic.com, you might experience a substantial delay before you get your order.
Give the Internet a few minutes to deliver your e-mail. The e-mail with the download information gets sent instantly, but when the Internet or your ISP is busy, it might take a few minutes for your e-mail to arrive.
If you cannot find the download e-mail, check your junk/spam folder before contacting Norton Music. Some desktop spam filters register "false positives" on legitimate mail. |
